WYBE broadcasts to 2.9 million households in 11 counties, providing unique service aimed at highlighting diversity and multi-cultural communities that lack ongoing representation on any other broadcast outlet.

Original productions include Philadelphia Stories, which showcases the independent film community.

Artifact Pictures was awarded a production grant from WYBE to produce "The View From Amber Street".
